Our vision – what do we want our children to achieve in their time with us?

At Two Moors Primary School, we strive to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is empowered to reach their full potential. We are committed to fostering a love of learning, encouraging creativity, independence and cooperation, and developing the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their next steps of education and later life.

Our goal is a simple one: to nurture happy, positive children who have a love for learning, are active members of their community and who are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Our values – what do we strive to instil in our children?

We believe in nurturing a school community (parents, teachers, governors, children and families) where every one feels valued. Our six core values guide us in creating a positive and supportive learning environment:

  • Respect: We treat each other with kindness and consideration, valuing the diverse backgrounds and perspectives within our school community.
  • Perseverance: We encourage our children to keep trying, even when faced with challenges, fostering resilience and a growth mindset.
  • Aspiration: We inspire our students to dream big and set high goals, supporting them in their journey to reach their full potential.
  • Happiness: We prioritise the well-being and joy of our students, ensuring that learning is a fun and engaging experience.
  • Kindness: We promote acts of kindness and empathy, creating a caring and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
  • Integrity: We install the importance of honesty and strong moral principles, guiding our students to make ethical decisions and act with integrity.

By embracing these values, we aim to develop well-rounded individuals who are prepared to succeed in later life and contribute positively to society

We are all unique; together we inspire, believe and achieve

  • We value the individuality of all of our children and set high expectations for them, regardless of their abilities or background
  • We inspire our children to believe in themselves and in their true potential
  • We support each child on their own unique learning journey
  • We strive to overcome any barrier that stands in their way
  • We teach our children to work together and to never give up

We look forward to celebrating their success – in both their academic achievements and in their development into young people who can be role models for our whole community.
